Announcements for the Weekly Net

1. We are seeking net control stations for the south county net on the following dates:  August 11 and the first three Tuesdays in September and future dates.  You can self-register on the South County ARES roster or contact NY6E.  South County ARES members are also reminded to perform NCS duty for the countywide net at least once each year.

2. The San Ardo bicycle Road Race is coming up on August 15th. As with previous years, we will be supporting this event with Radio Operators around the course. If you are available to help out, please let me know ASAP. We will need 8-10 hams to cover the course.  The first bracket starts at 08:00, and we are typically finished by 12:30.
